How to Download YouTube Videos from VLC

VLC Media player is one of the best windows player that can support enormous file extensions. Nowadays, VLC also used for downloading videos from various sites like YouTube. To download videos from internet, follow these steps:

1.       Copy your video URL

2.       Open VLC Media Player and select it. If you have not VLC then click here to download latest VLC.

3.  Press Ctrl+N from key board.

4. Paste the URL in network url.
5. After few seconds video will start playing
6. Again select VLC and press Ctrl+J from keyboard.
7. Copy the link location as,

8.  Open you web-browse like chrome and paste the copied url.
9.   After few seconds press ctrl+s  to save the video.
Note:  Save with the proper extension like .mp4.

If it is not working from step7 then you have an alternative option:

Open Internet Download Manager and there paste your copied url of step 7. Wait for few seconds then start download. But there is problem with extension, so you have to open your file by click right mouse button > open with > select VLC.
